Sade

The Sade Kingdom is situated in the Sadean badlands, and is infamously difficult to invade for its geography. Compounding with a strong warrior culture means the only ones capable of taking on Sadeans are other Sadeans. Sade has one of the oldest lineages in all of Jagria, tracing back to even before the Tsvai'de civilization

Culture and Customs

There is a strong warrior culture prevalent in Sade, with some warrior practices tracing back to prehistoric times. In later times, their customs may appear uncivilized, however their culture influenced most of Jagria throughout its history, and much of their wars are still modernized.

Government Structure

Their kingdom has went through 20 dynasties rising and falling. The current dynasty, the house of Uvoch, is a stratocratic aristocracy, giving higher nobility positions to the strongest generals who fought the most formidably in a battle.

Recent History

Sade is currently in a civil war, between the houses of Ozol and Uvoch. The war started in 1599 and has not seen an end since. Ozol created an empire spanning far beyond Sade proper, while Uvoch has massively fortified their share of the mountains. The conflict looks like it will last for much longer than either house wanted it to.
