Tàto Häjivïd was born in 1153, in the city of Sïzijave. Ever since at an early age he extensively studied holy scribes and texts, having obsessively sought for lost spells and magic. From 1198 onwards he made major religious reforms and would later be deemed as St. Häjivïd; He would die of mange in 1226, and ever since, apparitions were sighted near his tomb.
AppearanceTàto Häjivïd appears as a partly transparent anthropomorphic fox, standing at approximately 6 feet tall. His fur is mostly gray with traces of orange and brown, destroyed by mange. The left side of his face is haggard, and he wears black priest robes, a glass pyramid necklace, and a six-spoked medallion. His eyes are small, very reflective, and possess a haunting "thousand yard stare". His voice is hollow and unsettling. When viewed in a reflection, Tatilhalmein's true form is an imposing 11 feet tall, with three large angel wings and a livid stare. He possesses a powerful aura that is not meant to be seen by mortal eyes.
PowerThe apparition's menacing aura protected the cathedral in which he used to study during wars, sieges, and raids. For over 400 years, the cathedral remained nearly prestine with every jewel, and precious metal exactly in place of where they were in 1230. All of the siege hardware that pointed in the direction of the cathedral would strangely fall apart, or in more extreme cases, be struck by lightning and catch fire.
SightingsThe first sightings were unnerving to the residents of Sïzijave, having at first seen something that looked like a sickenly priest. This apparition was sighted at the cathedral during the Siege of Sïzijave (1307), which would only exacerbate the warzone's traumatic experience. Once the cathedral took a hit, they witnessed the late Tàto Häjivïd soar into the air. After an intense thunderstorm, the siege was immediately lifted after the commander and raiding party were smitten by lightning. Many more sightings would be to come afterwards, but it would take a century before explorers interested in the cathedral's paranormal activity could successfully find a prominent figure in the cathedral's history that would best fit the ghost's description. |
